My expertise is in Flodesk, Squarespace, Showit, WordPress, HoneyBook, Pinterest, and Canva. If you use something else, just ask! I have over 8 years of online experience with systems, project management and online tools.
Start dates vary depending on my current client load, but I usually book new clients 4-6 weeks in advance. If you’re on a tight timeline, still reach out, I’ll let you know what’s possible!
No hard feelings! If I’m not the best fit for your business, I’ll happily refer you to another trusted virtual assistant in my network who might be a better match.
All monthly clients receive private Slack access for quick questions, updates, and ongoing collaboration. It’s like having your own behind-the-scenes support, just a message away.
Slack access is included in your monthly package and is available for the duration of your contract. Please note: this private channel is exclusively for communication between you and me. If you’d prefer I join your existing Slack workspace to collaborate with your team, I’m happy to do so, just note that any associated costs would be covered by you.
My core working hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM CST. You can expect thoughtful responses during these hours, and I do my best to keep things running smoothly while protecting both our boundaries.
That said, I continue to work on projects consistently throughout the week and always provide clear communication on timelines, so you’ll never be left wondering where things stand.
Yes, when my schedule allows, I’m happy to accommodate rush projects. If you need something completed outside of our normal timeline or with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $150 rush fee will apply. I’ll always confirm availability and turnaround before getting started, so you’re never caught off guard.
